Singularity is an emerging transnational political party working towards Earth-aligned global governance by 2050.

Our political systems are broken.  

Western liberal democracies are beset with polarisation and tribalism. Authoritarian regimes based on control and violent suppression of basic human freedoms are rising.

Human civilisation across the planet is marching off the edge of multiple planetary boundaries while issues like geopolitical conflicts, economic confrontation, wealth inequality, migration, unregulated AI, mental health, and resource distribution have led us into unprecedented time of existential risk.

Our current political systems, based in national, continental, or even multi-national self-interest, within an increasingly unstable multipolar world, do not have the answers to address these issues.

Singularity is dedicated to pioneering a new way. One based on fundamentally different first principles to those that govern our current systems.

Singularity starts with the unity that already exists behind the apparent diversity of our world, and that has been revealed in the heart of every global wisdom tradition through time.

We stand for an approach to governance that sees the Earth as one, and the necessity for new leadership across our nations that can align with humanity’s collective purpose within the wider Earth system.

We stand for an approach that recognises humanity as one diverse family of many nations, cultures, ethnicities, and backgrounds, and for forms of conflict resolution that refuse polarisation — taking a principled stand for life, love, and health on all sides, and against systems and actions that cause harm.

And we stand for an approach that doesn’t relate to the other life-spheres of the planet through exploitation and extraction but rather stands for humanity taking our right place in harmony with and service to Earth as a whole.

Our mission is that these principles are the basis of decentralised global governance enacted across our nations by 2050.

To get there, we’re focussing on:

• Governance: innovating new forms of participatory governance aligned with humanity’s collective purpose within the wider Earth-system

• Policy: we have open policy circles across many domains of human activity exploring how Singularity’s approach can be applied to the major issues of our time

• Movement building: catalysing a movement of human beings across nations who recognise the need for this work and can help us grow it

• Action: our global community of members is active innovating new approaches to the major issues of our time in their communities and respective lands
