In this section you can learn more about how Singularity structures it’s membership community into 3 different tiers:

• Tier 1: Global members

• Tier 2: Mantle members

• Tier 3: Core members

Each of these different tiers involves deepening levels of commitment, capacity, and power in the workings of Singularity. When we are working with collective decision making, all members have a say, and some members have more of a say.

This is part of our experiment in balancing inclusivity and depth. We want to make sure everyone’s say is included in processes of collective decision making. And, to best protect and evolve what Singularity stands for, we don’t want a system where the perspectives of, for instance, one new member who has attended one Singularity members session while being a bit distracted to have the same weight as someone who has dedicated their time, energy, and heart over the last years to deeply understanding, aligning with and serving Singularity.

So, we are experimenting with structuring our membership community across 3 tiers, with each tier involving deeper stages of self-development, participation in the culture, and embodied action in the organism of Singularity. We’re exploring whether this approach can help us make sure that we remain inclusive with the doors for membership open to all, that we can serve the developmental needs of those at different stages of the path, and that those with the deepest alignment with Singularity have the most power in collective decision making.

Below you can see the criteria we are setting out for each membership tier. These criteria are sourced in an integrative approach to human development from across multiple global traditions.

*Disclaimer: We in the Leadership Development Circle acknowledge that sometimes it can be difficult to fully see where a person is on their journey. We have done our best to create processes of self- and community-assessment for this process, and will do our best for impartial assessment of member’s suitability for each of these membership tiers. We may not always get it exactly right though. We commit ourselves to this being a process that can support us to learn and get better at doing this process, and we invite people’s trust.

Global Members - Vote weight: 1 vote

• Self

  • Body: Learning somatic attunement 

  • Mind: Integral Political Education: Willingness to participate in non-polarised self and collective education on issues and practices

  • Soul: Learning to align with soul

  • Spirit: Starting to open to monadic life through the heart 

• Group

  • Ability to listen to differing perspectives and when appropriate to disagree constructively

  • Willingness and ability to give and receive feedback 

  • Participation in Singularity’s collective Inquiry based practices

• World

  • Participation in members sessions to deepen in Singularity

  • Willingness to connect with and learn more about Singularity

  • Has complected their obsidian global membership ritual 

Mantle Members - Vote weight: 3 votes

• Self

  • Embodiment increasingly sourced in love, awareness, and vitality (mostly) 

  • Engaged in their own personal healing work around shadows and traumas

  • Engaging ongoing political education and able to engage integrally around political issues

  • Can source self separate from group and operate under self-leadership (i.e. not looking to be guided by the community or 'the teacher' in Singularity membership events, etc.)

  • Aligned with Singularity mission

  • Is in the work of transforming their personality structure so it serves and reveals their soul rather than denying or hiding it (mostly)

  • Learning to live from alignment with their soul purpose (mostly)

  • Is learning to open to the current of will from their spirit-core

  • Has experience in opening via their core to the core of the Earth as a practice 

  Group

• Good group communication skills

• Engaging in group practice to open to the singularity of Earth coming through Singularity’s we-field

• Capacity for working in group coherence

• Ongoing participation in decolonisation work

• World

  • Cultivating a connection to place

  • In support of Singularity’s development as a political party

  • Contributing in some way to the financial support of Singularity’s development and work

  • Has completed their lodestone mantle membership ritual

Core Members - Vote weight: 7 votes:

• Self

  • Ongoing shadow work

  • Reached a point of relative resolution in personal healing work (mostly)

  • Integrally politically aware and consistently engaging around political issues 

  • Authentic personality that is surrendered to soul and monadic will 

  • Living, serving, and creating from soul purpose

  • Stable opening to monadic will

  • Open to via their monadic core to the One Life at the core of the Earth

  Group

• Committed continual participation in group practice to open to the singularity of Earth coming through Singularity’s we-field

• Natural ease operating in group coherence

• Ongoing participation in decolonisation work

• World 

• Established connection to place

• Playing a leadership role in Singularity

• Actively supporting Singularity’s development as a societal movement

• Actively supporting Singularity financially

• Has completed their core membership iron ritual

What is the Process for People Moving into Deeper Tiers?

• Step 2: Community assessment done by the Leadership Development Circle

• Step 3: Leadership Development Circle contacts the individual and they come to clarity on whether there is a fit

• Step 4: The individual either moves into the next tier or remains in their current tier and is offered optional support for their continued development within the Singularity membership community
