Singularity is dedicated to forging a fundamentally new approach to governance, leadership, and politics based on four principles:

• A worldview that starts with the One Source that all global wisdom traditions through time have pointed towards. This tells us that the true nature of reality is unconditionally divine, indivisibly one at the root of the sacred many, and unspeakably good.

• True authority is found in alignment with the one sacred Life of the Earth. This is the living power that must flow through governance, leadership, and politics, rather than the agendas of separate selves. Fidelity to this principle asks that we open together to the greater Life at the core of the planet and us all.

• Deeply connected group coherence as the basis for political process. This elevates politics out of the separative tribalism and polarisation that characterises it today and tells a new story that humans can learn to open together, as one synergistically entrained ‘we’ as the foundation for governance.

• That governance, leadership, and politics must operate in service to all Earth’s kingdoms and queendoms of nature and across all generations. This takes politics out of focus on short-term election cycles while nature is ravaged in an extraction-based paradigm that is destroying the planet.

It is the last of these four principles that we will take as our main focus in this 2026 Online Members Retreat.

The truth is, we don’t know how to do governance yet that involves all Earth’s kingdoms and queendoms being represented and across all generations. There are traditions, particularly shamanic and indigenous traditions, which can offer critical insights here, and there are huge lessons we need to learn in order to be able to do this.

This learning and exploration is the focus of our 2026 Members Retreat.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM THIS MEMBERS RETREAT

Singularity’s growing membership community extends all over the world, and this first online members retreat is an opportunity for us to come together, practice together, open together, learn together, laugh and cry together, bond more deeply with each other, deepen into the service Singularity can bring to the world, and tune into each of our roles in that process.
