Singularity Leadership Assembly 2025

September 16th-21st, 2025
Landhaus Gottsdorf
Outside Berlin, Germany

Singularity’s Leadership Development Circle is creating a global order of Singularity leaders.

Beings who are clear that part of their dharma is participating in the emergence of a radically new form of power, leadership, and governance on the planet, and who have accepted responsibility for their role in that process.

We’re clear that these leaders must be:

  • Open through the core of their heart to the activation of the Earth as one indivisible and sacred Life

  • Sourcing their leadership in the will of their own spirit-core

  • Awake to who they are as a soul

  • Standing in embodied integrity (shadow work, trauma work, masculine / feminine integration, erotic integration, etc.)

  • Participating in continued decolonisation work to emerge as part of the one diverse humanity

  • Politically educated and aware

  • Fully committed to group emergence

  • Active in the work of manifesting new power, leadership, and governance in the world and contributing to the rise of new systems of civilisation

Our sense is that supporting the emergence of such an order of Singularity leaders requires an integration of transformational approaches and practices that span:

  • Rituals of initiation into the mysteries of our inner being

  • Supporting and tracking the development of each leader

  • Group rituals to collectively open to the being of Singularity

  • Creating a culture of group soul intimacy that embodies the world we are calling forth

  • Collective healing and decolonisation work around the major fault lines of separation within humanity - race, gender, nationality, religion, etc.

  • Coordinated organisation of the mission going forward

This first Singularity Leadership Assembly is dedicated to us entering into the manifestation of this order. It is offered to all those holding roles of leadership within Singularity.

We will co-create rituals of initiation, awakening, healing, group soul intimacy, accountability, and committed action so that Singularity can increasingly be taken forward by a community of leaders sourced in the depths necessary for this work.

Costs

Attendees are asked to cover their costs for accommodation, food, and group space rental, which will come to around €500.

No fee is being charged for event planning, organisation, and facilitation to maximise accessibility. Donations are welcome.

Space Holders

Jon Eden Khan is a transformational leader, mentor, and facilitator, living in his beloved home city of Berlin.

Jon is initiator of Singularity, a transnational political party dedicated to establishing global governance sourced in the Earth’s awakening through humanity by 2050.

He is also founder of AVATARA, an international spiritual community dedicated to humanity’s collective awakening as an expression of the one universal life, and the anchoring of that revelation in new approaches to power, education, and money.

And he mentors soul-driven leaders, from top corporate business leaders and FinTech trailblazers, to LGBT rights activists in the Middle East, to some of the most respected facilitators of transformational self-development work in the world.

Between 2016-2018 Jon worked as European Director of the Global Purpose Movement, and in 2014, he co-founded Synergy Forum, an initiative focussed on the integration of spiritual awakening, social innovation and systems transformation. Between 2012-2015 he worked as part of the leadership team of Zero Point Six in Interlaken, Switzerland, exploring how a deeper understanding of spiritual awakening can inform efforts toward global transformation.

Jon’s path has allowed him to experience a wide spectrum of the human experience. From dropping out of school at age 13 to attend a centre for troubled youths, to 5 years of homelessness and heroin addiction in his early 20’s to getting clean alone in a room over 6 months. From re-entering education and going on to turn down a PhD with one of the foremost universities in the world, to dedicating himself fully to self-development, healing his traumas and service, to co-leading international projects dedicated to humanity’s collective awakening through new approaches to leadership, power, and purpose.
