Our political systems are broken.  

Despite the noble vision and energy many human beings have poured into them, and the evolutionary breakthroughs they have at times served, today they are filled with tribalism, abuses of power, cynicism, and corruption. 

In Singularity we believe that nothing less than a radical shift at the root level is going to be needed to birth a new politics that can genuinely serve humanity and the Earth’s thriving. 

The root of today’s politics is based in materialism, separation, and a perceived scarcity of power. 

Humanity is seen to exist at the evolutionary summit of an inanimate, non-intelligent, non-loving and non-purposeful planet, on which life is a random isolated accident.

Individuals fight to climb the political ladder. 

Polarised groups fight tribal battles against other polarised groups. 

And all to win a power that some have and others don’t by virtue of their victory in a zero-sum game. 

In Singularity we perceive that rather than being separate, humanity is an expression of a living, loving, intelligent and purposeful Earth, with One Life vibrating at the core of the planet and all beings.

We perceive that the primary group to consider is humanity as a whole, which expresses through the amazing diversity of our different nations, cultures and communities.

And rather than power only as located in positions of formal authority, we see the power of the One Life present in the heart of every being, ready to inspire their service and creative action in our collective evolution. 

This has huge ramifications for our systems of governance, leadership and politics.

Singularity is dedicated to that shift.
