Overview

We are seeking a Head of the Coherence Circle who feels a calling to serve the internal cohesion of Singularity’s international team and community. This individual will play a central role in organising activities that foster unity and shared purpose.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate internal and external events, meetings, ceremonies, and rituals that enhance team cohesion

• Ensure events are aligned with natural cycles and designed to deepen connections among members

• Lead efforts to create a supportive, values-driven environment for all members

• Foster a culture of mutual support, trust, and dedication across Singularity

Powers and Influence

• Holds decision-making power on event planning and member engagement activities

• Has authority to lead initiatives that nurture internal relationships and coherence

• Can coordinate with other Circle leaders to maintain alignment on shared goals

Interactions with Members

• Works closely with all membership tiers, ensuring events and gatherings reflect Singularity’s core values

• Collaborates with National Point Holders and Core Members to integrate regional and cultural elements into gatherings

Election Process

• This role is elected by the Singularity’s Governance Circle and requires a presentation of the candidate’s vision for fostering internal coherence.

Expected Commitment

• Time commitment: 10-hours per week approx. 

• Embodied commitment: must demonstrate Singularity’s stand for integrity in embodied leadership

• Soul commitment: must embody Singularity’s values of purpose, integrity, and service to Life

• Core commitment: Must be sourcing themselves in surrender to the current of the One Life in their core of their own being

Compensation

• This role is currently available on a volunteer basis, and will become a paid position in the future
