Singularity is an emerging transnational political party innovating radically new approaches to governance, leadership, and power.

Over the course of 2026 we will be hosting Assemblies of the One Earth in different parts of the world where we’ll apply radically new approaches to ceremonial governance and group shared power to explore what is required to reset our systems at the root level and birth new ones aligned with Life.

This Assembly of the One Earth is for those called to the work of realigning the fundamental source code of our civilisation’s relationship to governance, leadership, and power with the sacred force of Life itself. 

Today, we stand at a profound inflection point in the course of human history. 

One where the paradigm of separation at the root-level of our civilization over the last millennia can start to be replaced and humanity can enter an entirely new era of our collective evolution.

In Ancient Egypt, those who held power were dedicated to wielding it in alignment with Ma’at - the sacred principle of Truth, Cosmic Harmony, and Life, represented by the goddess who is shown with the feather of truth as her headdress. 

From the building of temples, to the ethics that guided a good life, to the exercise of state power, everything was focussed on alignment with the cosmic principles of Life and Truth. 

One of the principle roles of the pharaoh was to wield power in alignment with Ma’at, and to make sure that the governance of all Egyptian civilisation maintained that alignment. 

Today, with our institutions of power shrouded in profound distrust, suspicion, tribalism, opportunism, moral and financial corruption, it’s almost impossible for us to imagine state power being dedicated to this principle. 

At some point, we lost our way. 

In the ancient world, many of those who held influence in society were initiates of the Mystery Schools. We know this was the case, according to the words of such notable figures as Pythagoras, Plato, and Herodotus. 

The Mystery Schools guided individuals through profound and rigorous rituals of soul initiation that transformed their values, sense of purpose, and conception of the world in a way that fitted them to wield power in service of the collective good and in alignment with Life. 

And experiencing them was a privilege for the spiritual elite in a deeply unequal ancient world. 

With the rise of Ancient Rome and its vast imperial power, the mysteries became corrupted, stripped of their transformational fire, and made into a state religion that replaced spiritual realisation with formalism. 

And with the capture of early Christianity by the forces of political control, the mysteries were lost, or went underground. 

The last 2000 years have seen the steady rise of a global civilisation, from kingdoms to nations to transnational blocks to the interconnected informational societies of today. Humanity now participates in a global economy, with unprecedented levels of collective education, life expectancy, and freedom from fear. 

And simultaneously, the deep roots of that system are based in separation, ethnocentric tribalism, hyper-individualism, economic slavery, and political control. 

The sacred fire of the mysteries at the core of the ancients’ society demanded the few who held power did so in alignment with Life. As that fire went underground, the central principle of alignment with the living sacred was lost. The soul retreated behind the veil, and a global society anchored in personality began to rise. 

Now that global personality-based society has gone as far as it can go. Fossil fuel use, economic inequality, resource allocation issues, geopolitical conflicts, political polarisation, exponential tech, and other factors have begun to break planetary boundaries. The only answer is that the fire of the soul must return to take its place again as the living heart of our systems of power. 

This Singularity Assembly of the One Earth is dedicated to exactly that work. We’re calling in a group of pioneering souls ready to stand as representatives of the One Earth in all its kingdoms and queendoms of nature - dense and subtle - to plug governance, leadership, and politics back into the living power of the planet as one sacred Life.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM THIS GATHERING

In Singularity Assemblies of the One Earth we gather as expressions of the one sacred Life of the Earth. We bring groups together around the major issues of our time. We immerse ourselves deeply in the topic, sensing into the issues with mind, heart and will. We learn to enter deep coherence as a unified group field, calling in the voices of the natural and subtle kingdoms, and open together to the one sacred Life at the heart of the planet to allow its transmission of Life to activate the Life within us, reset our perspectives, and inspire aligned action. We then make the harvest of our inquiry available open-source in summary documents and policy recommendations that can inform the growth of our political movement globally.

INVESTMENT

This is not a profit centred event. It is a group exploration where over the course of the days we share, we move into a paradigm of moving and leading together. We have experienced how powerful it is when this is represented in the financial model we work with too. In service of that, we ask all group members who gather to cover their own accommodation, food, and temple space rental costs, plus a contribution to the space holders to cover their travel costs. SPACE HOLDERS

Jon Eden Khan is a transformational leader, mentor, and facilitator, living in his beloved home city of Berlin.

Jon is initiator of Singularity, a transnational political party innovating radically new approaches to governance, leadership, and power sourced in the Earth as one sacred Life. 

He is also founder of AVATARA, an international spiritual community dedicated to humanity’s collective awakening and its expression through new approaches to leadership, education, and economics.

And he mentors soul-driven leaders, from top corporate business leaders and FinTech trailblazers, to LGBT rights activists in the Middle East, to some of the most respected facilitators of transformational self-development work in the world.

Between 2016-2018 Jon worked as European Director of the Global Purpose Movement, and in 2014, he co-founded Synergy Forum, an initiative focussed on the integration of spiritual awakening, social innovation and systems transformation. Between 2012-2015 he worked as part of the leadership team of Zero Point Six in Interlaken, Switzerland, exploring how a deeper understanding of spiritual awakening can inform efforts toward global transformation.

Jon’s path has allowed him to experience a wide spectrum of the human experience. From dropping out of school at age 13 to attend a centre for troubled youths, to 5 years of homelessness and heroin addiction in his early 20’s to getting clean alone in a room over 6 months. From re-entering education and going on to turn down a PhD with one of the foremost universities in the world, to dedicating himself fully to self-development, healing his traumas and service, to co-leading international projects dedicated to humanity’s collective awakening through new approaches to leadership, power, and purpose.

Cari Caldwell is a catalyst for healing and a weaver of worlds. Be it ourselves, our communities, our relationships, our sexuality or our spirit, she finds ways to help us connect to what matters. She is an entrepreneur, facilitator, an executive, somatic and intimacy coach and consultant with over 20 years of experience working with humans in a variety of contexts – from large multi-national corporations to grassroots movements, from the finance sector to traditional midwifery. She is at her best when birthing new futures with individuals and communities.

Cari was a Co-Founder and Director of Future Considerations, a leadership and organizational development consultancy based in London, England and recipient of the WorldBlu Certification of most democratic and freedom-centred workplaces. Cari has lead organizations and businesses in the areas of social innovation, maternal health and addressing complex social challenges. She is a learner/teacher of embodied racial justice, sacred sexuality, ritual theatre, family and organizational constellations and collective emergence.

Cari has coached political campaigns in the US and New Zealand. She has trained extensively with and taught Embodied Leadership for the Strozzi Institute. She is a graduate of Newfield Ontological Coaching program, Theory U Global Classroom at MIT and VISIONS anti-racism training. She is certified in the Intercultural Development Inventory Psychometric, Spiral Dynamics with Don Beck, Richard Barrett’s Cultural Transformation Tool and Leadership Values Assessment, and Sylvia Clute’s Unitive Justice. She holds a BA in Philosophy, History and International Studies from Northwestern University and completed Masters coursework in Intercultural Relations.

She trained for 3 years in organizational and family systems facilitation based on the work of Bert Hellinger. She is currently working on a book integrating her passions for leadership, innovation and birth that maps lessons from physiologic birth to organizational and systemic innovation. Cari is mother to Conor, Luca and their dog Rowdy in Denver, Colorado.

Atilla Çıdam is a facilitator and transformational coach who creates permissionary containers for beings to discover and express their soul magic. With his training in tantra, conscious kink, Erotic Blueprints, sacred medicine, dance, and shadow-work, Atilla helps reprogram nervous systems to allow and embody the full range of the ecstatic expression of their life force. He is an ISTA (International School of Temple Arts) faculty apprentice, has a PhD in social psychology, and has spent prior lifetimes designing large scale social programs that empower millions to lead fully aligned lives.

He is a co-founder of Dance Meets Tantra, which invites transformational shadow work and vulnerable intimacy onto the dance floor.

Jasmeen Hana, of Egyptian heritage, grew up in Cairo, where her transformative journey into ancient wisdom and self-discovery began in her teenage years. By her early twenties, she had delved into Vipassana meditation, yoga, shamanic practices, and the sacred use of the blue lotus in tea ceremonies. In her mid twenties she expanded her path through acting and tantra, exploring the deep embodiment of emotion and energy.

At 30, Jasmeen became a facilitator with the International School of Temple Arts where for the past nine years, she has guided individuals through profound, life-changing experiences.

During that time she also dedicated herself to offering shamanic journeys through Egypt in the form of her beloved Nile journeys.

As a devotee of Auset (Isis), Jasmeen is passionate about building conscious communities that foster healing and transformation. She founded Bliss School as an online platform for holistic education, ritual, and growth. Through her work, Jasmeen bridges ancient Egyptian wisdom with modern practices, empowering others to connect with their roots and embody their full potential.

She is currently married and lives in the south of Egypt in a regenerative emerging temple village/ sanctuary.
