Cari Caldwell is a catalyst for healing and a weaver of worlds. Be it ourselves, our communities, our relationships, our sexuality or our spirit, she finds ways to help us connect to what matters. She is an entrepreneur, facilitator, an executive, somatic and intimacy coach and consultant with over 20 years of experience working with humans in a variety of contexts – from large multi-national corporations to grassroots movements, from the finance sector to traditional midwifery. She is at her best when birthing new futures with individuals and communities.

Cari was a Co-Founder and Director of Future Considerations, a leadership and organizational development consultancy based in London, England and recipient of the WorldBlu Certification of most democratic and freedom-centred workplaces. Cari has lead organizations and businesses in the areas of social innovation, maternal health and addressing complex social challenges. She is a learner/teacher of embodied racial justice, sacred sexuality, ritual theatre, family and organizational constellations and collective emergence.

Cari has coached political campaigns in the US and New Zealand. She has trained extensively with and taught Embodied Leadership for the Strozzi Institute. She is a graduate of Newfield Ontological Coaching program, Theory U Global Classroom at MIT and VISIONS anti-racism training. She is certified in the Intercultural Development Inventory Psychometric, Spiral Dynamics with Don Beck, Richard Barrett’s Cultural Transformation Tool and Leadership Values Assessment, and Sylvia Clute’s Unitive Justice. She holds a BA in Philosophy, History and International Studies from Northwestern University and completed Masters coursework in Intercultural Relations.

She trained for 3 years in organizational and family systems facilitation based on the work of Bert Hellinger. She is currently working on a book integrating her passions for leadership, innovation and birth that maps lessons from physiologic birth to organizational and systemic innovation. Cari is mother to Conor, Luca and their dog Rowdy in Fort Collins, Colorado.
